Epilepsy Society of Southern New York

CPI offers our prayers and best wishes to all those we serve.

We ARE operational during this time of crisis. Please call your worker directly or call 845-627-0627 and we will assist in any way we can.

If you need food from our food pantry, you must call 845-627-0627 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm weekdays.  We will discuss what we have available and set a time for you to pick up the food outside our office front door.

Stay safe and follow all safety precautions.

We understand that having a disability, such as autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other neurological, physical and visual impairments doesn’t define who you are nor should it limit your capabilities. At Capabilities Partnership Inc. dba Epilepsy Society of Southern New York our goal is to bring positive changes to your life and to make sure that society gives you the opportunities you deserve. Whether you need assistance at home or in the community, you’ve come to the right place. Don’t despair - things are going to be okay.

CPI is offering a new program...
